Front Desk Associate-Seasonal - Harmony Master Homeowners Association

Our Seasonal Front Desk Associates are the Ambassadors of First Impressions. They serve our community with administrative duties and provide above and beyond service that promotes CCMC’s core values.

About the community:

Harmony is a Colorado new-home community and the beginning of a new story in Aurora. This community is less than 25 miles from Denver while at the same time having hearty gathering places, sports amenities, and fresh active living right at your doorstep. There are amplified Front Range views in Harmony, as well as iconic mountain views that will become a part of your daily picture. Amenities in Harmony include a neighborhood dog park, 6-acre Mashup Park, walking trails, an on-site school and a community center opening in Summer 2022. No matter the size of your household, there’s a place for you at Harmony!

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Managing front desk operations
  • Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing calls
  • Opening and closing the Community Center as shift requires
  • Checking in members and guests to ensure planned use of the facilities
  • Registering residents for special events and collecting payment
  • Assisting the Membership Coordinator with an array of administrative duties
  • Enforcing policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting front desk environment

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience with basic cash handling skills
  • A dynamic, professional individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
  • Outgoing with a professional personality
  • Must work well independently and within a group
  • Excellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
