Customer Service Specialist

The Customer Service Specialist provides inbound customer assistance via customer service hotline and email correspondence.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • Provide inbound customer service assistance
  • Support all internal and external CCMC customers
  • Field all inbound customer service calls
  • Provide effective assistance to homeowners with questions or concerns regarding billing, dues, fees, address changes, general account maintenance and other issues
  • Act as primary back-up to Receptionist including greeting visitors, operating company switchboard and other essential functions
  • Provide administrative support to Accounts Receivable to include making copies, faxing, postage, filing and other support-related duties

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service
  • Competent data entry skills and 10 key by touch
  • Ability to maintain Excel spreadsheets and utilize common computer tools and office equipment
  • Quality customer service to internal and external CCMC customers
  • Ability to quickly process complex information and respond appropriately
  • Able to troubleshoot and problem solve accounts receivable and collections issues
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Effective communication both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of the operations of homeowners associations preferred
