The developer has incorporated much open space, parks and trail systems that allow residents to truly enjoy their surroundings. This is a highly sought-after master-planned community in the nation.
The Lifestyle/Communications Coordinator supports the overall resident experience by delivering impactful communications and coordinating community events and programs. This role is responsible for developing and distributing branded content across newsletters, websites, and social media channels, while monitoring engagement to inform future strategies. The Coordinator works closely with the Lifestyle Director to plan and execute events, manage community rentals, support vendor and volunteer coordination, and assist with resident outreach—particularly for new homeowners. Success in this role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce and distribute all community communications across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Maintain all aspects of website administration, including updating the community website regularly, updating club and group information, maintaining an Association document library, and troubleshooting with homeowners as needed.
- Plan, create, edit, design, and distribute communications materials including newsletters, website content, social media, and promotional items for lifestyle and all community communications.
- Assist Lifestyle Director with developing and implementing strategic communication plans for key initiatives and projects impacting the community.
- Maintain consistent community branding across all communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital engagement (website traffic, social media, surveys) to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and grow social media presence across current and emerging platforms.
- Coordinate new homeowner communications, including welcome packets and New Owner Social materials.
- Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of a comprehensive event calendar, including holiday events, concerts, dances, and wellness programs.
- Support the Lifestyle Director during events and serve as a secondary event contact.
- Assist Lifestyle Director with managing vendors and sponsorships related to events and programming.
- Create schedules for staff and volunteers for Signature Events and oversee volunteer coordination.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, set-up, and clean-up with Maintenance and Janitorial staff.
- Manage park and pavilion rentals across the community’s three parks.
- Attend committee meetings and prepare minutes for approval.
Additional Information:
- Works closely with all departments and the CCMC management team.
- Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager and/or Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism or related fields
- 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or other related experience
- Experience with social media and content creation, website administration, newsletter publications, community affairs, public relations, promotions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with a professional, service-oriented attitude
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, residents, Board members, contractors, and volunteers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or related design programs. Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS), SmartWebs, VMS, and other association management software is a plus
- Photography skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with urgency and efficiency
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and innovation in communications
- This is not an 8-5, Monday-Friday desk job. Qualified candidates must also be able to work full-time hours that are flexible and will include some nights, weekends and holidays

Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft, edit, and manage content across digital platforms while maintaining consistent community branding.
- Event Operations & Community Programming - Skilled in coordinating logistics for large and small-scale events, managing vendors and volunteers, and ensuring high-quality resident experiences through well-executed programs.
- Organization, Adaptability & Relationship Building - Manages multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset. Builds positive relationships with residents, staff, board members, and community partners.
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Lifting: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment for up to 25 pounds
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions
- Working conditions: Whether the job involves working in extreme hot/cold temperatures, outdoor weather, or noisy environments. Specify whether the position is primarily performed onsite, hybrid, or remote. This is not an 8-5, Monday-Friday desk job. Qualified candidates must be able to work full-time hours that are flexible and will include some nights, weekends and holidays
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices
- Driving: Ability to operate a vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.)
