About the Community:
This community is your connection to outdoor living, thanks to acres of lakes, golfing, parks and sidewalks amid a community of beautiful homes. Nearby and throughout our communities there are playgrounds, gyms, tennis courts, pools, splash pads, basketball courts, and more.
What You’ll Accomplish:

Drive Community Initiatives: Lead daily operations, ensuring that community goals align with CCMC’s mission. Oversee assets, vendors, and resources while ensuring compliance with governing documents.

Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives, ensuring financial transparency and alignment with community goals.

Develop & Motivate Teams: Lead and mentor the onsite team, focusing on delegation, collaboration, and performance development.
What We’re Looking For:

Leadership Experience: Three or more years of onsite community management (HOA) or similar experience (hospitality, parks and recreation, city government), with a strong operational and financial background.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field (highly preferred). CAM license required upon hire in Florida, Nevada, and Georgia (within 90 days of hire in all other states).

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify People Operations immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
Goals
- Meet with direct-report team members monthly to evaluate their role and execution of job responsibilities.
- Work with Hiring Manager and your team to Identify areas of opportunities for staff skill development.
- Present Hiring Manager with quarterly report on status and recommendations for staff, management team, and community improvement targets.
